切割精度是判断数控激光切割机质量好坏的第一要素。影响数控激光切割机的切割精度的四大因素:

1、激光发生器的激光凝聚的大小。聚集之后如果光斑非常小,则切割精度非常高,要是切割之后的缝隙也非常小。则说明激光切割机的精度非常之高,品质则非常高。但激光器发出的光束为锥形,所以切出来的缝隙也是锥形。这种条件下,工件厚度越大,精度也就会越低,因此切缝越大。

2、工作台的精度。工作台的精度如果非常高,则让切割的精度也随之提高。因此工作台的精度也是衡量激光发生器精度的一个非常重要的因素。

3、激光光束凝聚成锥形。切割时,激光光束是以锥形向下的,这时如果切割的工件的厚度非常大,切割的精度就会降低,则切出来的缝隙就会非常大。

4、切割的材料不同,也会影响到激光切割机的精度。在同样的情况下,切割不锈钢和切割铝其精度就会非常不同,不锈钢的切割精度就会高一些,而且切面也会光滑一些。
